About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a CTO Business Relationship Management Individual Contributor with deep knowledge and experience in Infrastructure Engineering to support Wealth Mgmt. Technology and business. In this role, you will: * Own the strategic relationship between CTO and WIMT. * Develop deep domain knowledge of CTO and WIMT organizational functions and processes. * Build cross-functional relationships for the convergence of value. * Establish value management as a strategic technology partner. * Educate partners on CTO products consumptions, new products, and strategic solutions that aligns to WIMT business goals. * Partner with individuals, teams, and process to drive value and meaningful results. * Navigate CTO teams to influence and negotiate delivery to meet WIMT requirements. * Partner with leaders to identify opportunities to evaluate, prioritize, and shape initiatives for strategic value. * Focus on value over solutions. Emphasize value when developing ideas, evaluating risk, and evolving needs. * Innovate using knowledge and awareness of CTO products and WIMT strategic direction. * Engage as a program major partner including evaluating development efforts and progress against strategic plans and value creation objectives. * Strategize with CTO product owners to develop future roadmaps and explore new opportunities, converging organization-wide strategic direction into one. * Align CTO initiatives to WIMT to deliver transparency on capacity management and release schedule. * Lead or participate in high level technical discussions spanning technology and business. * Understand complex infrastructure systems, design, and their dependencies. * Drive solutions to reduce friction. * Understand CTO products' offering to influence adoption and/or capability design. * Resolve troublesome trends as they develop. * Review and analyze high impact outages impacting your CIO and work with CTO functional teams to ensure the proper processes and procedures are in place to avoid problems in the future. * Recommend courses of action to maintain cost effectiveness and competitiveness. * Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers. Required Qualifications: * 5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education * 3+ years of experience championing organizational change, e.g., leading infrastructure initiatives, products, services or interactions. * Bachelor's degree or higher in System information Management or equivalent Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only: * Experience in Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: * Strategic thinking * Domain expertise in Infrastructure engineering and architecture * Innate ability to identify the root cause of issues or problems * Ability to creatively deliver something of value, rather than focusing simply on internal products * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments * Strong attention to details * Ability to work independently and collaboratively Job Expectations: * Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting * Ability to Listen, build rapport, and develop credibility as a strategic partner * Master of relationship building and team collaboration * Skilled and experienced at conflict negotiation and problem solving * Ability to set expectations with partners and achieve alignment and agreement * Ability to breakdown silos both inside and outside an organization * Ability to shift opinions using influence over positional power * Experience dealing with difficult situations * Exude energy, focus, assertiveness, and diplomacy * Ability to share ownership and drive results as a team * Strong humility, listening, creativity, and negotiation skills Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
