The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports Skechers' Digital Group in organizing and executing marketing campaigns and projects. This is an entry-level position, focused on coordinating day-to-day tasks which support Skechers' digital marketing strategy. Essential Job Responsibilities * Assist and manage the digital content creation and implementation for Skechers.com * Support the Digital Marketing Manager in the coordination of day-to-day tasks and campaigns to support Skechers' digital marketing strategy * Assist the Digital Marketing team to build, test, deploy, and analyze website marketing, promotional campaigns, and SMS campaigns * Help manage web creative requests; following the request process and managing stakeholder communications * Assist in organizing marketing campaign briefs and project management plans * Maintain campaign / project progress reports, listing all on-going projects, due dates, statuses, etc. * Assist in competitor research and prepare recap decks to share findings with wider Skechers team * Communicate the status of campaigns to other campaign stakeholders * Cross-train with other roles in the Digital department to assist as needed * Other duties as assigned Job Requirements * Ability to work on-site in a hybrid schedule * High computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently * Demonstrated ability to complete work independently with careful attention to detail and follow-up * Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively * Strong organizational skills * Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) * Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic, quick-moving environment * Ability to manage projects across multiple teams and with competing priorities * Ability to work with people of all corporate levels * Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, etc.) Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Fashion Merchandising or Marketing preferred * 1-2 years of relevant experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields (internship and coursework experience considered) The hourly rate is $25.00 - $30.00 USD.
