Position Summary The Treasury Services Section Chief will be the primary subject matter expert for the State's banking services contracts including managing the statewide programs including Electronic Lockbox Services, the Local Government Investment Pool (LGIP), and Central Federal Draw(CFD). This position is directly responsible for key treasury management policies and procedures used by all state agencies and will prepare a variety of required financial reports and responses to inquiries from the Legislative Audit Bureau (LAB) and those resulting from proposed legislative changes that affect cash flow and treasury management. This position will also oversee the State Payment Register compilation and distribution, which is a record of payments that Wisconsin state agencies made to Wisconsin municipalities and counties. SCO assists the Department of Revenue in compiling this register based on information from state agencies. Municipalities may use this register to assist in their own municipal audit process. Salary Information This is a career executive level position in schedule-range (81-02) with an annual salary between $97,760 and $106,080 ($47.00/hr - $51.00/hr). An additional $1.00/hr CPA add-on may be given depending on qualifications. A 2-year trial period is required. Pay for current state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan.
