Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Security Supervisor who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. As a Security Supervisor you will: * Develop monthly schedules and enter bi-weekly payroll. * Document all security incidents, patrols, and other relevant activities, and print in appropriate logs and store in binder for management reference and review. * Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and other external partners to respond to security incidents and emergencies effectively. * Collaborate with other departments, such as facilities management and human resources, to address facility and departmental needs. * Perform hiring functions to include interviewing, selection, and onboarding training. * Perform other duties as assigned, to include relief coverage and post coverage Qualified candidates will possess: * High School Diploma or GED required. * 3-5 years of previous security experience, preferably in a hospital setting, required. * 1-2 years of previous supervisory/management experience, preferably in a hospital setting, required. * Valid U.S. driver's license required. * Must qualify for a Maryland Special Police Commission (Clean Criminal History required).
