As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Inside Operations team in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by taking an aggressive approach to schedule jobs and optimize resources to meet revenue targets across all branches. As a Scheduling Manager at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by overseeing a team of Scheduling Supervisors, Team Leads, and Coordinators who connect with customers to schedule installation, pre-installation, and install service appointments. You will report directly to the Director of Revenue Scheduling and work closely with the entire Inside Operations team. Why Work at West Shore Home? What You'll Contribute In this role, you can expect to: * Oversee the installation and pre-installation appointment calendar for assigned regions, ensuring we are maximizing headcount and daily/weekly KPIs * Develop, implement, and continuously improve a scheduling system that comprises processes to schedule appointments in a timely manner * Collect and analyze scheduling data to determine areas of improvement in a day-to-day functionality, collaborating with the Scheduling Analyst and Regional Scheduling Managers to drive solutions * Monitor employee performance against goals/objectives and provide real time feedback and coaching, including but not limited to call counts, set behavior, and scheduling efficiency More to Know * Schedule: Exempt role with standard hours Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM) * Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (On-Site) * Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level We Invest in YOU We believe that when employees know they are valued and safe, they'll bring their best efforts every day.
