Where We Need You: The San Francisco office is seeking a Risk and Compliance Director to join our growing team. Do Your Talents Include the Following? * Deep knowledge of bank and/or credit-related regulatory requirements, specifically related to consumer compliance regulations (e.g., Federal Reserve regulations, Fair Lending, Privacy, etc.), and industry "best practices" for compliance programs in larger banking or consumer lending organizations. * Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations. * A solid foundation in risk and compliance processes and objectives. * A deep understanding of key banking or insurance regulations. * An understanding of core business processes related to banking, insurance, and asset management. * Understanding of commonly used internal control frameworks, risk frameworks and regulatory/compliance methodologies. * Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and developing key deliverables, including process flows, work programs, reports, and control summaries. * Ability to multi-task and oversee multiple engagements and work streams with various clients. * Ability to work with a diverse portfolio of clients in banking, insurance or asset management. * Supervisory experience of teams including Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers, Senior Managers, and Associate Directors. * Advanced project management and status reporting capabilities. * Ability to network and build relationships. * Identify opportunities and establish a sales pipeline. Your Educational and Professional Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree from accredited university in relevant academic area. * 15+ years working in internal audit, consulting, assurance services, or related field, either in professional services or industry. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access. * Professional Certification such as CPA, CIA, FRM or similar strongly preferred. It is expected that you will reside within a reasonable daily commute of your assigned Protiviti home office by your start date. Protiviti employees work in a hybrid environment which means you will be required to work from a variety of locations including your Protiviti home office, an in-town and/or out-of-town client site, and/or from a remote location such as your residence. It is expected that you will be available to be physically present at the required work location and that you will have access to reliable transportation. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job. $208,000.00 - $354,000.00 Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job. 20% The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job. $249,600.00 - $424,800.00 Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability.
