Your Job Koch Industries is now hiring a remote Recruiting Coordinator to join our team supporting Georgia-Pacific Operations and Manufacturing. As part of our leveraged capability, you'll be supporting administrative recruiting efforts to attract talent to one of the Koch companies in the United States. The ideal candidate will be located in Atlanta, GA. Our Team This role supports the full-cycle recruitment process and builds partnerships with their business. The team is comprised of over 35 individuals nationwide with a passion for operations and manufacturing recruitment and sourcing, with a focus in engineering and technical operations talent. This role will provide dedicated administrative support to the candidates and recruiters supporting our Building Products division, with flexibility to support additional needs of operations and manufacturing as needed. What You Will Do * Own the back end recruiting process including background checks, execution of all job-related documentation as it relates to the hiring process, and other administrative recruiting tasks. * Schedule onsite and virtual interviews, pre and post interview meetings, and strategy calls for the recruitment team. * Create a brand-worthy, inclusive candidate experience that helps us attract talent, making Georgia-Pacific a preferred employers to our candidates. * Build, communicate and execute effective processes to ensure the best-in-class recruitment experience for internal and external candidates. * Adhere to and provide guidance on internal/external laws, regulations, compliance standards, and HR policies and procedures related to maintaining compliance throughout the selection process. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Experience in a coordination or administrative support role. What Will Put You Ahead * Administrative or coordination support within a Talent Acquisition team (corporate or agency). * Experience with high volume scheduling and reporting. * Experience supporting virtual teams across multiple time zones. * Desire to pursue a career in the recruiting field.
