Job Description: The Architectural Drafter is responsible for handling all aspects of producing the architectural and production drawings for modular homes. Core Responsibilities: * Prepare detailed architectural drawings including foundation plans, floor plans, elevations, electrical/HVAC/plumbing layout, cross sections, etc. * Prepare detailed drawings for shop floor production showing deck layout, wall framing detail, truss layout, etc. Qualifications Required: * Proficient with AutoCAD Architectural drafting software * Knowledge of residential construction practices, modular home building a plus * Self-starter with ability to carry out assigned tasks timely and efficiently * Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills. * Excellent communications skills, both oral and written, and attention to detail.
