Drive product discovery planning, with design and product partners. Go beyond standard 'findings and insights' reports, toward compelling presentations that connect customer needs and ability with business goals. Coach less senior researchers in the shaping of their studies and findings to realize greater impact. Lead cross-functional Design Thinking exercises using research find-ings as a starting point. Identify UX metrics worth tracking. Prepare and teach introductory training material on experience research, primarily for other user experience practitioners. Work on stake-holder relationships and scope changes throughout research study. Present findings to team members and stakeholders from multi-disciplinary backgrounds. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Behavioral Science, User Experience, Information Architecture or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as User Experience (UX) Researcher, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Behavioral Science, User Experience, Information Architecture or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as User Experience (UX) Researcher, or related occupation. Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Defining research agenda and scopes within product strategy and business needs; Planning and conducting research using a variety of methodologies including concept testing, usability study, semi-structured interview, co-design, survey; contextual inquiry, diary study; Project planning and management; UserZoom; Miro; FigJam; Confluence; and Jira. Job Location: 1111 Polaris Pkwy., Columbus, OH 43240. This position requires up to 30% domestic travel to client sites. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
