Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician Job Description We are seeking a licensed Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) with 1-2 years of recent experience to manage our laboratory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the lab, performing genetics testing, conducting quality control, operating lab equipment, and ordering supplies. Daily tasks include conducting 110 specimen tests for urine pregnancy, urinalysis, dip stick, CBC, and point of care glucose testing. This role requires someone who takes pride in their work and is comfortable working autonomously. The candidate must hold an MLT license and national certification and have long-term career goals. The new location in Wesley Chapel opens on November 18th.
