Take a lead role in drafting legal documents, including transaction agreements and corporate governance documents. Lead and manage complex due diligence processes, ensuring thorough and accurate analysis of all relevant information. Oversee and manage junior associates and internal specialist teams involved in deal execution. Advise clients on legal matters related to private M&A, equity investments, and corporate representation. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an associate attorney. Substantial experience in private M&A, minority equity investments on both the investor and company sides, and general corporate representation. Strong academic credentials. Excellent communication and drafting skills. Capable of managing significant drafting responsibilities and leading complex due diligence processes. Ability to manage deal execution, including supervising junior associates and collaborating with internal specialist teams. Admission (or eligibility for admission) to practice law in Massachusetts.
