Responsibilities: * Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment. * Assesses critical needs and prioritizes urgent responsibilities. * Excellent planning and coordination skills. * Team leader qualities and outstanding communication skills. * Dedication and attention to detail with regards to customer service. * Solution seeker and effective decision maker. * Hands-on to make sure all flights are successfully dispatched on time. * Ability to manage quickly to overcome any deficiencies in the purchasing department. * Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures. * Flexibility (available to work different shifts - night, weekends, holidays) Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry. * Proficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) * Bachelor's degree is preferred.
