The Project Intern role is designed to provide College Students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial construction project management. * Learn aspects of managing projects: scheduling, budget, change orders, POs, billing, contracts, warranty requests and ensuring client satisfaction * Learn our field technology (KeyStyle, Plan Grid, etc.) * Gain a solid understanding of project drawings and drawing submittal process, including revisions * Assist team members in all aspects of the project management process as instructed or needed * Learn about the Chamberlin's Safety culture * Become familiar with job production tracking, time and material costs management * Attend project meetings as assigned (pre-work, job site, etc.) * Learn QA/QC * Other tasks as may be assigned/required Experience/Education Focus: Must have completed at least 50% of College credits with a Construction or construction related focus.
