Recruiting for this role ends on 10/1/24 Work you'll do: As a Senior Manager you will work in a collaborative and diverse team environment designing and implementing finance next gen transformation and service optimization with delivery model expertise. The team: Our team works with finance clients to harness disruption, respond with agility and operate with confidence. We solve clients most complex and strategic operational challenges by providing services that leverage people, processes and the intersection of data and technology. We provide a broad range of CFO managed services ranging from Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Financial Planning and Analysis. Many of our clients are trying to keep up with competitors by relying purely on their internal talent and tools. We bring innovative service delivery models and digital innovations like AI and ML to accelerate time to value, reduce the cost to serve, and deliver a world-class customer experience to internal and external customers alike. Responsibilities will include: * Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors * Delivery: Manage team, service delivery, engagement delivery, releases for all application activities including enhancements, incidents and future releases resulting in high-quality client management. * Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. * People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Required Qualifications: * 10+ years consulting/and or BPO experience in Finance and Accounting in a Business Managed Service environment * 10+ years' experience as the Delivery Lead of a CFO managed service operation. Scope of delivered services should include operations across Finance including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Financial Planning and Analysis * Business development experience including sales and RFP response development * Global team leadership experience * Bachelors Degree * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. * Ability to travel up to 25% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with broader CFO managed services in the areas of analytics, data management, and Finance IT tools support and maintenance * Proven track record of consistently attaining managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business * Experience with developing eminence, thought ware, and point-of-view materials The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $167,325 - $278,875 You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
