The Logistics Specialist will have the opportunity to perform a wide variety of daily tasks and responsibilities related to warehouse & store operations, receiving, material control, inventory, property, packaging, transportation & freight management, and DD250-processing. This individual is responsible for meeting program schedules, within budget by playing a very hands-on role in the daily operations. What You Will Do: * Support inventory operations both locally and at other Raytheon sites. * Travel domestically less than 25%. * Use data systems to record and report logistics operations for the various programs. * Monitor key performance measurements (metrics and KPIs) and prepare various reports in support of internal, government, and other program requirements and audits. * Understand government regulations and Raytheon policies and procedures. * Communicate often and effectively with internal and external customers, peers, and management. * Complete necessary training and learning courses when data systems and processes are changed and/or upgraded. * Execute decision making with minimal supervision. * Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint daily. * Utilize SAP/PRISM operating system daily. * Assist with the development of training material and perform relevant training as needed. * U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required. https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62. Qualifications You Must Have: * Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in a logistics, inventory and/or operations role. * Minimum 2 years professional experience in a warehouse operations, logistics or manufacturing role. Qualifications We Prefer: * Experience in Material Consolidation, Performance Based Logistics, Repair & Return Depot and/or Government Furnished Material (GFM) and Property. * Use of data analysis reporting tools. * Knowledge of Import/Export requirements and hazardous material management. * University degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
