MACHINE OPERATOR Machine Operators, are responsible for set-up and safely and efficiently operating Laser engravers, Screen printers, SMT Placement machines, SMT Reflow ovens, laser etchers, and packaging robots. Machine Operators also closely monitor and operate in-process automated inspection and test equipment to ensure only products of the highest quality ship from our Manchester NH facilities. Responsibilities include: * Set up and safely operate Automatic and Semi-Automatic electronics manufacturing assembly equipment including serial number etchers, Screen printers, SMT Placement machines, Reflow ovens, Laser Depanelers, and Packaging Robots. * Full and effective set-up and execution of in-process inspections and electrical testing of our PCBA products using automated Solder Paste Inspection (SPI). Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), In-circuit (ICT) electrical testing, and Automated in-line component programming. * Executing ALL Process Controls defined in Sanmina SOPs and training programs. * Pulling, loading, and verifying raw materials (solder paste), Printed Wire Boards (PWBs) and components ensuring only correct materials are introduced to the production lines. * Monitoring all production, inspection, and test equipment and taking operator appropriate actions when equipment issues arise to minimize equipment downtime. * Escalating equipment or material related issues to Engineering and/or Production Supervisors quickly for resolution. * Effective usage and operator appropriate troubleshooting of all de-stacker conveyors, conveyors, shuttle conveyors, board flippers, etc. * Properly utilizing the SANMINA 42Q Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to perform all required routing transactions, component and product traceability transactions, labeling, and production performance monitoring. * Proper physical segregation and disposition of non-conforming materials. * Complete all required Sanmina SOP Training * Execute 5S requirements * Follow all Company Safety and ESD Program requirements. * Properly handle and dispose of all waste, including hazardous wastes that are generated in daily operations as directed by applicable SOP(s). Education and Experience: * High School or GED * Experience as a Machine Operator required * 6 months minimum experience in manufacturing preferred * 6 months experience in electronics manufacturing preferred. * Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) experience preferred. * Experience as a SMT Operator preferred Sanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer - M/F/Veteran/Disability/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity
