Based in our Chanhassen, MN location, you will support the development of a daily production build schedule that meets the company's safety, quality, delivery and inventory objectives. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Uses discretion to respond to safety situations within the office and production floor environment. * Supports company quality policy to achieve company objectives: * Responds timely, understands the impact and works to minimize the negative impact of quality redlights, production, and shipping holds * Begins to lead production line recovery teams by managing material streams for raw components, subassemblies, and finished goods * Uses independent judgment commensurate with experience to support assigned production line: * Reviews and ensures accuracy of the daily production signal to the manufacturing floor in order to meet the company's service level objectives: * Resolves production issues in a timely fashion * Monitors material availability and communicates as appropriate to procurement and production * Analyzes delays and interruptions, and recommends adjustments to the production schedule to meet deadlines * Communicates production delays with internal customer (Master Scheduling) * May coordinate daily meetings for product group/production line * Participates in global calls as needed * Analyzes and responds to service level & inventory metrics and provides recommendations for continuous improvements * Begins to lead New Product Development (NPD), Discontinuance and Rosemount Transfer Process (RTP) Programs for P&IC checklist responsibilities * Reviews and approves Engineering Change Orders (ECO). Ensure bill of material (BOM) and assembly part numbers are set up or obsoleted accurately in business system. * Supports business system upgrades, patches and site migrations using global standards. May be responsible for manufacturing test requirements. * Begins to participate in cross-functional project improvements. May participate in Kaizen events and lean process improvements Who You Are: You prepare content for communication that is impactful.
