Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, seeks an Architectural Marketing Project Specialist to join our team at our Corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. What is the opportunity? As a Project Specialist, you will be a key player in our Project Management team, ensuring that all architectural marketing deliverables are accurate and timely. Your efforts will directly influence our ability to sell homes and build beautiful communities. With your understanding of floor plans, renderings, and other architectural marketing assets, you will help bring our projects to life. You'll thrive at the intersection of creativity and precision, collaborating closely with architects, designers, and marketing professionals to perfect every detail. This role requires someone who can handle multiple tasks, work independently, be reliable, keen to learn, and show good judgement and a positive, professional attitude every day. What are the primary responsibilities? * Provide exceptional project management support with a friendly and patient demeanor. * Ensure all projects are completed on time, meeting crucial community launch deadlines. * Oversee all architectural marketing projects throughout the community lifecycle. * Monitor project progress, organize and gather requirements, and ensure deliverables align with Toll standards for quality and accuracy, covering assets including Printed Brochures, Floor Plan Inserts, Community Specific Floor Plans, Master Floor Plans, Option Details, Design Your Own Home Interactive Floor Plans, Exterior Renderings, and Virtual Rendered Tours. * Collaborate seamlessly with Community Planning, Architecture, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, and other Architectural Marketing team members. * Plan and prioritize numerous competing projects without losing sight of details. * Apply effective decision-making to ensure the on-time delivery of all projects. * All other duties as assigned This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 company! Qualifications Does this describe you? * Effective Project Manager: Skilled in defining timelines and achieving goals within specific time constraints. * Detail-Oriented: Highly attentive, organized, and efficient, adept at managing details from various sources. * Collaborative: Skilled in working across multiple departments to achieve outstanding results. * Communicative: Able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely with excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Flexible and Adaptable: Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt when needed. * Independent and Motivated: Self-starter with a proactive mindset, ready to take initiative.
