The Manager of Health Equity and Behavioral Health is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing projects related to health equity and behavioral health in the INTEGRIS Health Population Health Services Organization (PHSO). This position will focus on developing strategies and solutions that aim to improve health outcomes and remove disparities in underserved, high-risk patient populations. This position monitors compliance within the health equity and behavioral health programs, coordinates activities related to data collection, tracking, policy and procedure development, and workflow changes. The Manager or Health Equity and Behavioral Health position is responsible for being a subject matter expert on health equity and behavioral health programs the PHSO is engaging in. This position has primary responsibility for leading and offering expert guidance and direct supervision to the Behavioral Health Consultant team in all aspects of behavioral health management: assessment, planning and implementation, coordination; assisting the team with monitoring and evaluation of options and services to meet the routine and complete behavioral needs of patients; and monitoring work performed by team members according to organization, department, and community standards.
