Digital Strategist, Events & Forms University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc. The University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc (UTFI) invites applications and nominations to fill the position of Digital Strategist, Events & Forms for Advancement Services. Reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy & Innovation, the Digital Strategist is responsible for supporting the registration tasks and data collection initiatives that facilitate alumni, donor and student engagement efforts, as well as identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement. This role will ensure a consistent and streamlined user experience across all campus advancement event registrations. This position will also support event and form reporting and attendee check-in processes. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Event Registrations: Construct, evaluate and deploy event registrations with varying degrees of complexity (~100 annually), engaging thousands of constituents. Collaborate with event managers to determine requirements and solutions, ensuring compliance with policies and brand standards. Utilize technology platforms to enhance registration processes and support on-site guest check-in. Data Collection & Commerce Forms: Build data collection forms of varying complexity (~50 annually) that engage thousands of submissions each year. Maintain integration with core CRM and ensure UTFI and campus brand standards are met. Monitor with the embedding of forms on WordPress sites. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive constituent experience. Reporting: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce registration reports, exporting and formatting event data into user-friendly formats like Excel and PDF. Create post-event reports and conduct analysis to measure event success and identify areas for improvement, along with insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Collaboration, Training, & Support: Monitor a group email account, provide support and feedback for event-related inquiries, and facilitate communication between internal teams, external partners, and event participants. Manage event licenses, administrator access, and document future product enhancement needs while staying updated on emerging trends in digital event management. Required Education and Experience The candidate who fills the Digital Strategist, Events & Forms position is required to have: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field * 1 years of experience with digital event registration tools (Cvent, Eventbrite, Blackthorn, Encompass or GiveCampus) * Experience in planning and executing digital events * Knowledge of digital engagement platforms, methods, and best practices * Ability to manage multiple events and engagements simultaneously * Ability to facilitate solutions across multiple stakeholder groups and advise individuals who are not direct reports * Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges * Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Education and Experience In addition to meeting the required qualifications, the preferred candidate will have: * Familiarity with higher education advancement and fundraising processes * 3 years of experience building digital event registrations in Cvent, Eventbrite, Blackthorn, Encompass, or GiveCampus Application Process: Priority will be given to applications received on or before 8/12/24 via our Taleo application system.
