Pay Philosophy The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role. Description We are seeking a highly meticulous and self-motivated Senior Event Coordinator to manage all aspects of the attendee experience and registration logistics for our events. As a Senior Event Coordinator, you will work on a variety of event types, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual, utilizing event technology platforms to streamline attendee-facing processes. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Please note that this position requires the ability to go into the office twice a week if you reside within 50 miles of Boston, MA. This policy is subject to change. Responsibilities: * Utilize event technology platforms, particularly Cvent, to design and build complex registration sites for assigned events, ensuring a seamless attendee experience. * Manage registrant data, incorporate custom graphics, and create multiple attendee types and registration paths for customized registration processes. * Utilize Cvent and other event technologies to maximize the attendee experience, continuously seeking out new functionalities and implementing ideas. * Create and manage mobile event apps, including content, agenda, gamification, streaming, and networking capabilities, ensuring a flawless user experience. * Execute assigned tasks in pre-event planning, onsite coordination, and post-event, including driving deadlines for registration deliverables, managing onsite registration for events, and overseeing the creation and distribution of event materials. * Collaborate with third-party partners for larger programs, providing guidance on registration solutions. * Train local event support staff on registration processes and event information. * Manage communication with event attendees from invitation to post-event wrap-up, acting as the main point of contact for all event-related information and logistical questions. * Provide attendee support for technology troubleshooting, particularly for mobile event apps. * Coordinate transportation and attendee activities for events, ensuring smooth logistics. * Oversee third-party registration providers and freelance staff, ensuring their adherence to event requirements. * Participate in crisis management efforts as part of the health and safety response team. * Run reports and manipulate data for various event workstreams, providing valuable insights for event evaluation and improvement. Qualifications * Bachelor`s degree preferred with a minimum of 3-5 years of industry related experience in a similar role within a fortune 100 corporation or 3rd party supplier company * Highly skilled in event technology for registration and mobile app solutions with experience managing the life cycle of registration activities * Experience with Cvent and SpotMe mobile app highly preferred * Advanced skills in Excel and data management * Strong verbal and written communications skills with high level of attention to detail * Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment * Possess a strong sense of ownership as well as an ability to take initiative and work independently * Position will be interacting with senior level management, he/she must be articulate with a professional attitude and demeanor * Candidate should be team-oriented who is outgoing and enjoys client/customer interactions * Must be able to travel up to 40% or as required About Us This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location.
