Responsibilities * Install and maintain water supply systems * Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g., leaks) * May Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc. * Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems * Produce neat, clean, and complete work, adhering to strict standards of excellence, including meeting or exceeding plumbing and/or mechanical inspector's requirements * Meet or exceed productivity standards set by the company * Repairs and installs plumbing pipes, traps, washbowls, fittings, drains, sprinklers, backflow preventers, commodes, bathtubs, tank style and tankless style water heaters, disposals, water softeners and faucets * Routinely turn in all paperwork and payments accurately and on time * Maintain company vehicle in accordance with the Fleet Management Policy * Participate in continuing education to best be able to serve our customers * Provide friendly, accurate information to our clients * Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving. * Maintain personal appearance in accordance with policy, including wearing shoe covers in client's home * Work well within a team, sharing skills and knowledge with others * Be helpful, proactive, flexible, and able to maintain a positive attitude * Present invoices and collect payments as required by the company * Provide excellent customer service by installing residential plumbing equipment, and offering friendly, accurate information to clients * All other duties as assigned Qualifications * Must have at minimum two years of water heater service and repair experience. * Tankless water heater experience highly preferred * Have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. * Bilingual is a plus!
