We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Director of Bone Marrow Transplant like you to be a part of our team. Job Summary and Qualifications We are seeking an Administrative Director of Bone Marrow Transplant for Methodist Hospital who is is responsible for overseeing all clinical operations for the Bone Marrow Transplant Program. He/she/they execute sound, clinical business strategy promoting service, relationships, and volume; responsible for meeting internal requirements as set forth by their direct supervisor, transplant steering committee as well as meeting external requirements regarding transplant services as defined by The Joint Commission, Medicare and Medicaid. He/she/they work closely with physicians to ensure high quality services are provided by the program. What You Will Do In Your Role: * Develops and oversees an adequate recruitment, training, education and competency program for staff. * Increases transplant revenue and profitability by growing clinic and wait list volumes and spin-off activity. * Works effectively with program Medical Director, ensuring strong lines of communication and follow-up, and jointly addressing and resolving issues proactively as they are identified. * Achieves and maintains high standards of patient and referring physician satisfaction in regards to clinical program and responds accordingly when complaints arise. * Develops with Clinical Supervisors adequate QA/PI plans for each respective area and holding Supervisors accountable for ensuring that plans, goals, and targets are achieved; serves as content expert on policies and procedures where appropriate. What qualifications you will need: * Bachelors Degree. * Two years of leadership experience/healthcare administration. * Experience in transplant services, adult and pediatric preferred. Training: Employee completes initial and ongoing training/competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable). Preferred: * Master's Degree in related field. * Five years or more experience in transplant management/administration.
