Reporting to the Director of On Premise, you will ensure implementation of our On Premise account standards and lead the best execution through your distributors and develop annual business plans to support long-term growth. Your main responsibilities include: communicate priorities and associated projects; develop annual business plans; set and measure progress against goals, monitor sales/POS, input/work with Red Bull systems (e.g. Business Insights); and share best practices. RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Expand all * IMPLEMENT OUR STREATEGY WITH DISTRIBUTORS Develop communication process to ensure understanding of strategies, projects and targets Ensure implementation of tracking system to monitor progress against targets Share best practices across our network Lead the execution of our annual business plan through distributors * BUSINESS PLAN Deliver clear planning strategy and provide all necessary planning tools to support your team on resource needs, distribution, volume, investments, and goals Develop the annual business plans with regards to organization requirements, POS/resource needs, distribution, volume, investments, and measurements for success Partner with Distributor Partner Manager (DPM) and DP on annual business plan development Develop plans during the Monthly Plan and Review (MPR) to course correct and achieve annual business plan goals * BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE Maintain working knowledge of all Red Bull and distributor/branch systems Analyze monthly reports to find largest areas of opportunity and use those insights to improve market conditions Manage all internal budgets Have a routine to ensure VIP program compliance and return on investment Present MPR on a monthly basis with DP Hold DP's accountable for data submission to ensure accurate information * DISTRIBUTOR STRUCTURE AND ACCOUNTABILITY EXPERT Maintain working knowledge of distributor's internal systems and structure Understand distributor's hierarchy and have relationship from the top-down (from owner to sales representatives) Manage route account software communication and projects * DISTRIBUTOR TRAINING Lead team-based training programs to develop and support the DP sales team Provide individual coaching of your work force * MISCELLANEOUS Wire with responsible National On Premise Franchise groups and regional chains Provide ongoing feedback relative to DP performance against goals and indicators for success Develop expertise with regards to product competition and distributor/branch competition in respective area EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: * 5+ years of experience in Consumer Product Goods industry * 4+ years' experience leading teams and working with vendors * Distributor and Supplier experience * On Premise industry experience. * Experience managing back end financial planning systems and budgets * Negotiation experience * Experience developing successful sales and trade marketing strategies * Valid Driver's License * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree * Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage * Travel 40-50% * Permanent * Benefits eligible WHERE YOU'LL BE BASED AtlantaGeorgia, United States Red Bull North America
