Qualifications * 2+ years working in in Commercial P&C insurance * 2+ years engaging technical and operational business partners in change management activities to ensure adoption of new technology, processes or analytical tools * 2+ years evaluating and building cost benefit analysis around new technologies and approaches to business opportunities. Demonstrated ability to help others understand and learn new technologies, methods and practices. Ability to design and integrate game changing technologies into existing business processes.
