Since 2018, 21Shares has supported investors in gaining access to digital asset products worldwide. 21Shares now manages ~$7 billion in assets with over 50 exchange-traded products globally, including the first spot Bitcoin and spot Ethereum ETPs. Most recently, the firm launched six US-domiciled digital asset ETFs including ARKB, one of the largest spot Bitcoin products in the industry. About the Role 21Shares is seeking a creative Social Media Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing social media strategy and presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media marketing, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to engage with the online community Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with 21Shares' marketing goals and objectives * Manage and maintain social media presence across multiple platforms * Work with external partners to produce partner content, reports, and co-marketing with vendors and other non-contracted industry partners * Measure the success of social media activities using analytical tools and provide reports on ROI and performance metrics to guide future strategies * Identify gaps in our existing messaging and define ways to strengthen our brand and voice * Develop and manage social media campaigns and contests to drive engagement and brand awareness * Ensure brand consistency and compliance with social media policies and guidelines Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field * 2-4 years experience managing Twitter and Linkedin accounts * Must live in the continential United States * Proven track record of success in developing and implementing social media strategies * Excellent content creation and writing skills * Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional service environment (NYC only) Pursuant to Section 8-102 of title 8 of the New York City administrative code, the base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000. Total compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
