What You'll Be Doing: Strategically partnering with business leaders to accelerate business outcomes. Working on big problems and opportunities, proactively identifying and addressing them. Building future bench and upscaling capabilities through the development of top talent and strategic hires. Executing talent and workforce strategies. Instilling a culture that resonates with Synopsys values. Delivering, in partnership with our People team partners, HR programs to the business. Working with leaders to identify needs, prioritize, and lead efforts to enable employees to do their best work in service to our customers. The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $201,000-$301,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
