Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of industrial equipment, managing facilities, supervising janitorial services, and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: * Maintenance Management: * EHS Compliance: * Facilities Management: * Janitorial Services: * Team Leadership * Project Management: Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Environmental Science, Facilities Management, or a related field; * combination of education and experience acceptable. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, EHS, facilities management, and janitorial services roles. * Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and hydraulic systems. * Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Proficiency in using maintenance management software, MS Excel, Outlook, and Word. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $78,800 to $100,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors.
