Provide daily leadership and management of activities of the sales and multi-site operations, or over a specific revenue amount. Create a positive work environment in Sales, Marketing and Operations by maintaining the highest level of ethics and integrity consistent with applicable regulatory standards and Bluegreen's Vacations core values. * Effectively manage the DOS, DOM, and sales management at multi-site locations/over a specific revenue amount to meet and/or exceed operational goals. * Responsible for understanding program products, services, processes, performance, and regulatory issues. * Utilize reports to continuously analyze all aspects of the sales and marking operations. * Identify opportunities to shape behaviors through continuous improvement of customer service, conversion, and operational efficiencies to ensure business goals and key performance targets are met. * Maintain detailed knowledge of the vacation ownership market, including competitor products and services, marketing strategies, technology, and general industry trends. * Foster an environment of respect, trust, and positive morale. * Conduct daily leader walks at home site, and during site visits to other locations - look, listen and feel. * Create a culture of accountability. * Ensure appropriate staffing levels for immediate needs and 30, 60 and 120 days out in accordance with the FATS report. * Ensure monthly/quarterly performance reviews are completed by all sales management. * Analyze tour flow, waves, slots, and penetration rates for maximum output. * Review P&L statements monthly. * Review sales reports daily. * Ensure the sales organization adheres to all approved sales processes, sales training programs, verbiage, and approved collateral. * Uphold Sales Integrity by ensuring all sales leaders are responding with a sense of urgency to guests concerns and to the Sales Escalation Log. * Review Medallia reports to identify trends, determine the appropriate action required, and implement solutions. * Ensure the highest level of customer service to current and prospective owners to maintain a positive brand image and company reputation. * Identify areas of process improvement and leverage best practices by working with appropriate corporate resources as necessary. * Ensure administrative functions and duties are assigned and completed according to Company standards, including timekeeping, contracts, and personnel action forms. * Maintain a positive relationship with all departments, including Resorts, to maximize the service needed to sustain the business. * Maintain the highest quality of staff through effective recruiting, hiring, retention, coaching, succession planning and training. * Effectively manage and deliver required sales targets within the sales/marketing teams. * Train, evaluate and monitor employee performance goals and personal development programs. * Meet or exceed the sales location revenue and profit objectives. * Adhere to and administer Bluegreen's sales policies and guidelines by representing the company in an ethical, moral, and professional manner. * Support all marketing/operational success strategies. * Promote an open-door culture. * Meet with the sales team to review targets and areas of focus. * Control, deliver and manage multi-site calls and virtual meetings.
