Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of product management experience in on-line technology OR High School/GED and at least 4 years of product management experience in on-line technology. * At least 1 year of experience in consumer-facing online commerce * At least 1 year of experience in product marketing, product/program management, business development, and/or management consulting * Experience working with product development lifecycle. * Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization. * Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. * Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Preferred Qualifications * Experience in retail industry, preferred * Experience collaborating with cross functional team to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines. * Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems. Salary Range$83100 - $132900 / Salaried
