RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide high quality flight, ground, and simulator instruction in accordance with the Cessna/King Schools syllabi for Sport, Private, Instrument, Commercial, Multi-engine, Flight Instructor, and Airline Transport Pilot certificates. * Promptly report aircraft maintenance discrepancies to the Chief Flight Instructor and/or Director of Maintenance. * Give facility tours to prospective customers and members of the community. * Recruit new customers and reach out to past customers for the flight school. * Maintain student and renter files with the appropriate documentation as required by Federal law and company policy. * Other duties as assigned by the Chief Flight Instructor and/or General Manager.
