Job Title: Quality Control Specialist Job Description As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for sample collection, physical and chemical testing, and visual inspection of products to control production processes and evaluate the quality of in-process and finished goods. You will perform, record, and evaluate tests necessary for quality control, audit product quality data, and maintain compliant and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Additionally, you will report deviations from quality levels and standard practices, develop and implement quality control procedures, and ensure the resolution of product quality issues in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Irwindale, California. Work Environment This role operates in a heavy-industrial chemical manufacturing plant, which is loud and hot. The standard schedule is Monday-Friday, primarily from 6pm-2am, with occasional shifts from 8pm-6am. Candidates need to be open to working any day for 5-6 days a week and must be flexible to cover other shifts as needed.
