The chosen candidate will be responsible for inventory, job costing and other accounting duties. Commitment to excellence and integrity by performing all tasks with the utmost accuracy and efficiency, also demonstrating a strong work ethic. Duties & Responsibilities: * Monitor inventory transactions, update general ledger as required, perform inventory audits and assessments, and produce regular inventory reports. * Develop or enhance all inventory process controls. * Handle cycle counts and full count inventories, coordinating all physical inventory activities. * Reconcile supplier invoice pricing with approved price list. * Prepare daily material work orders for job costing. * Collaborate with Operations and Finance to implement and foster a strong inventory control environment. * Assist with month-end close tasks * Handle fleet management, verification and reconciliation of monthly fuel charges. * Other tasks and special projects, as needed. * AP invoices * Deposit posting
