Position Overview:
thyssenkrupp nucera offers world-leading technologies for high-efficiency electrolysis plants. The company has extensive in-depth knowledge in the engineering, procurement, and construction of electrochemical plants and a strong track record of more than 600 projects with a total rating of over 10 gigawatts already successfully installed. With its water electrolysis technology to produce green hydrogen, the company offers an innovative solution on an industrial scale for green value chains and an industry fueled by clean energy - a major step towards a climate-neutrality. thyssenkrupp nucera successfully made an IPO in July and is a member of the SDAX of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since September.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. Provide leadership and guidance to the proposal preparation team, fostering high-performance towards success of the sales leads. Oversee the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for proposals. Review and edit proposals to ensure they align with client needs and objectives. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use market insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, proposal success rates, and other relevant metrics. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Qualifications/Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Business or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience 6 + years in senior sales and/or proposal management roles. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to regularly travel to trade shows and retail locations. Your Benefits:
