The ideal candidate will work in our fabrication/manufacturing facility leading the company safety initiatives and maintaining safety standards for all personnel and processes. The role will include incident investigations, illness and injury prevention programs, job hazard analyses, risk assessments, ensure OSHA compliance, and will be heavily involved in the manufacturing process. Reporting to the VP of Engineering & working closely with the executive leadership team, this role must take full ownership of the company safety processes, to drive improvements and employee engagement in safety.
