Duties and Responsibilities: * Serves as staff support to the Economic Development Authority Department, Board and its committee's including but not limited to: coordinating meetings and materials, including preparation and distribution of agendas, scheduling meeting rooms, transcribing and editing of meeting minutes, maintaining the inventory of office supplies, coordinating travel and training for the department * Receives and screens incoming telephone calls, routes calls, and inquiries, and takes messages as necessary * Assist Economic Development staff with education and promotional support to stakeholders for successful and vibrant commercial districts. This shall include but not be limited to seminars, events, marketing, and other activities that encourage people to visit, shop, and live locally.  * Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the Economic Development Authority's on-line presence for promotion and information on Winchester using electronic marketing tools and social media platforms and website.  * Attend meetings of Economic Development team, Winchester Parking Authority, Winchester Tourism, Main St non-profit, and other organizational meetings as needed. * Other duties as assigned Requirements: * Any combination of education or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in a marketing or business related field required with some experience in customer service and/or travel, hospitality and recreation, clerical, and administrative.  * Experience with web design, social media, photography and/or is marketing required. Should have a background in graphic design to assist in the creation of marketing materials.
