Senior Digital Designer As a Senior Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective, innovative ideas for our clients, across all mediums with a concentration on digital and interactive environments. This includes ideation, concepting and design for all integrated brand identity elements. An ideal candidate will thrive in an energetic environment with creative peers and excel at building relationships across departments and with clients. You will have opportunities to mentor other designers and work alongside Design Directors to help the team flourish both culturally and creatively. Responsibilities * Conceive and create design solutions for a wide variety of projects and clients * Develop concepts in collaboration with strategists, copywriters, art directors, UX, and creative technologists * Create assets and interface designs for a variety of applications, devices, and environments, including email templates, banner ads, social media posts, and native app prototypes * Heed constructive feedback and strive to deliver better work on each assignment * Push past good ideas to discover great ones * Mentoring of junior designers Required Skills * Possess a solid foundation of traditional and digital design approaches * Ability to present ideas clearly and with conviction to sell them through internally and externally * Ability to gracefully lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment * Competency in design & prototyping software such as Figma, Mural and the Adobe Creative Suite of applications * Possess the understanding to ensure that a visual design communicates and functions successfully for varying technical specifications * Familiarity with development practices and the ability to communicate effectively with developers and creative technologists Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in related field and/or ad school credentials or equivalent industry experience * 4 or more years of creative agency experience * Familiarity with IAB ad specifications * Familiarity with social media creative best practices in a performance marketing environment * Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines * Proficient in modern interactive design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC) * Exceptional portfolio with demonstrated versatility across all media * Ability to travel as needed About Colle Mcvoy 10 Thousand Design is an award-winning boutique firm that designs for change.
