Responsibilities Weekend (Part-time) Therapist - Social Worker - Counselor Turning Point has an opening for a part-time Therapist. Therapists at Turning Point provide individual and group counseling to adults with trauma, mental health, and/or substance abuse issues. Therapists must be aware of social factors affecting the psychological well-being of individuals, services/programs for psychological/sociological improvement of individuals, and in conducting evaluative interviews. Qualifications * Licensure through the State of Georgia in good standing: LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, LMFT, LAPC, or LPC is preferred * Certifications may be considered with 5+ years of verified, relevant behavioral health experience (CRC, CADC, CAC) * Competence in understanding and treating primary mental health diagnosis, substance dependence, and the treatment of dual diagnosis.
