As the Customer Supply Chain Manager for The Home Depot account, you will manage and optimize the flow of products from production to retail shelves, ensuring that our products meet demand at all Home Depot locations. This role requires close collaboration with The Home Depot, internal teams, and external supply chain partners to drive efficiency, improve performance, and ensure timely delivery. You will also be responsible for managing The Home Depot-specific portals, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to Home Depot distribution centers and retail stores. * Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand, minimizing out-of-stock situations while reducing excess inventory at Home Depot locations. * Serve as the primary point of contact for all supply chain-related activities with The Home Depot, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving any operational issues. * Manage and maintain Home Depot's proprietary supply chain and inventory management portals (such as the Home Depot Supplier Hub), ensuring accurate and timely updates on product availability, order status, and shipment tracking. * Coordinate with internal logistics teams and external transportation partners to ensure efficient movement of goods from manufacturing sites to Home Depot distribution centers. * Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and fill rates, ensuring alignment with Home Depot's service level agreements (SLAs). * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the supply chain processes, working to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction for Home Depot. * Ensure compliance with all of Home Depot's supply chain and logistics requirements, including managing product data, packaging, and labeling standards. * Work closely with sales, marketing, logistics, and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred). * 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably with specific experience managing large retail accounts like The Home Depot. * Strong understanding of supply chain processes, demand planning, and inventory management. * Experience with The Home Depot's supplier portals, including proficiency in managing order flow, inventory data, and performance tracking (preferred). * Exceptional communication and relationship management skills with a proven track record of working cross-functionally. * Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve supply chain performance.
