Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Job Description
Our client, a Finished Product Pharmaceutical Facility, is seeking Manufacturing Process Technicians to support the brand new line for their product due to increased market demand. Responsibilities include loading materials, completing electronic batch records, making log book entries, documenting work orders, performing process checks to ensure quality, and managing batch packaging records. Candidates must have a tech-savvy and process improvement mindset to report and solve recurring issues on the line. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for individuals motivated to enter the pharmaceutical industry. Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the willingness to suggest process improvements are essential. All documentation is electronic, so technical proficiency is required.

Work Environment
This position operates in a manufacturing environment with a night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule. The initial training will be on the day shift, Monday - Friday, before transitioning to the night shift. The facility is currently overworked, so the new hires will be welcomed and supported. Scrubs are provided, and close-toed shoes/work boots are required.
