Job Description: Farmingdale State College seeks adjuncts to teach evening graduate level construction cost analysis, advanced estimating and other construction management related courses. Requirements: MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in construction management or in a related fields and at least five years full time industry or college level academic experience. ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Doctorate in construction management or in a related field. Demonstrated experience in parametric estimating, life-cycle project cost analysis, earned value methodology, and technology trends in project/program cost estimating and control.
