Work you'll do * Leverage expertise in Employee Experience to develop and deploy EX solutions for public sector clients * Develop and implement strategic plans and business strategies * Oversee the implementation of human capital solutions and technologies * Lead human capital projects and formulate project definition * Foster and manage relationships between the client and engagement teams * Advise on successful solution implementations and monitor budget allotments * Manage project resources, budget activities, quality control practices, and project deliverables * Analyze client's strategic problems and develop creative solutions and recommendations for resolutions * Review and maintain a standard of consistency and quality throughout a project's life cycle * Support proposal efforts and business development activities * Lead, coach, and mentor junior staff The team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact.
