The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for a CBRNE Logistics Specialist to support our potential government customer located Dayton, OH. DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform and manage administrative functions related to supply and equipment management. * Collect, prepare, analyze, and verify equipment and supporting records, and locate and compile data/reports and other information from various internal databases. * Provide equipment/supply information to internal customers on issues, schedules, and related matters. * Maintain inventory of equipment records, maintenance, and calibration schedules. * Plan and assist with tests to evaluate equipment performance. * Provide inventory reporting, at a minimum of biannually to include, but not limited to, supplies, equipment, and training aids. * Conduct periodic internal inspections of medical equipment for compliance with policies, procedures, and directives. * Ensure effective mission support to include, but not limited to checking out and checking in CBRN and HSMR equipment and packing consumable supplies in support of mission requirements to all internal customers. * Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: * Must have a high school diploma. * Have a valid driver's license to operate a government or GSA vehicle. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: * Possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in operating, maintaining and calibrating CBRN supplies and equipment and Home Station Medical Response (HSMR) supplies and equipment. * Possess a minimum of five (5) years experience in compiling data, preparing charts, graphs, tables and analyzing results. * Be proficient in Microsoft software programs such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Must be willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE: * Must be a U.S. Citizen * Must be able to pass a Tier I (SF85) Background check The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is a fast-growing government service provider.
