Title: Digital Designer Location: Boston, MA (3 days onsite) Rate: DOE Job Summary: Grand Circle Corporation is a leading travel operator serving Americans over the age of 55. We are seeking a passionate Designer who will play a vital role in our design team, assisting with a range of design tasks and taking on production design responsibilities. You will work alongside creatives and copywriters to concept and execute, e-mail & web content across multiple channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual to grow their skills and contribute to exciting projects within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: * Assist senior designers with the creation and execution of design projects, including but not limited to digital, email, and web design. * Handle production design tasks such as resizing images, and ensuring design consistency across various platforms. * Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with project objectives and brand guidelines. * Maintain and organize design assets, ensuring files are up-to-date and easily accessible for the team. * Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to support ongoing and upcoming projects. * Perform quality checks on final designs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications. * Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and bring fresh perspectives to the team. Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. * 1-2 years of experience in a design role or internship, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work. * Proficiency in Figma. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools is a plus. * Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus. * Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. * Eagerness to learn and adapt, with a proactive and positive attitude.
