The Associate Sales Account Manager is an entry-level role that focuses on building and growing relationships with our existing clients. A Sales Associate Account Manager must be confident, detail-oriented, and hardworking. To be successful, you need to have strong interpersonal communication, empathy, self-confidence, and naturally customer-oriented. Come be a part of a growing Sales team! This is a FULLY REMOTE ROLE! As an Associate Sales Account Manager, you will: * Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. * Maintain an acceptably high level of sales activity. * This role is 90% reactive to the clients' needs and will need a highly responsive individual. * Build and maintain a robust sales funnel. * Handle billing related questions and work towards client renewals. * Conduct effective sales presentations via Zoom with current customers. * Be very responsive to customer requests via email and tasks. * Maintain a high level of opportunity follow-up to ensure information is current and updated in NetSuite. * Be an advocate for the customer both internally and externally. * Ensure customer satisfaction to the best of the AM's ability in their role and get ahead of issues early * Attend weekly sales & marketing meetings and educational activities to improve competitive and business process knowledge as well as professional selling skills. * Proactively learn about the EDI Industry and how TrueCommerce can add value to a company's success. * Enjoy speaking via phone and social-based communication with customers to strengthen existing relationships. Requirements for success: * Up to 2 years previous Sales experience is needed. * A genuine desire to build relationships with existing customers; previous customer service experience required. * Skills such as being conversational, listening to customers, and email writing are important in this position. * Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative. * This individual enjoys solution selling and thrives on change. * Goal oriented and action-minded to meet and exceed quotas. * Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail. Education: * BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Who is TrueCommerce?
