POSITION: Retail Marketing Manager LOCATION: Mississauga, Ontario Live the Exceptional With Soul. This is the singular purpose of JLR. At the core of these experiences are the products themselves. You will be responsible for developing and implementing T2 marketing plans and retailer T3 efforts directed at driving leads, showroom traffic and conversion to sale in support of the Jaguar, Defender, Discovery and Range Rover brands' sales (New & Certified Pre-Owned) goals in Canada What you will be doing: * Leading development of retail marketing objectives, strategies and measurements in collaboration with Regions, Sales Operations, Media, Digital and outside agency teams. * Developing marketing assets and Point of Sale materials for use at retail level to help convert shoppers to sale for new car and in support of Certified Pre-Owned efforts. * Developing and execute retailer specific traffic and conversion tools such as CRM and Digital Marketing. * Liaising with Regions and Retailer Advertising Groups to develop and execute of Tier 2 regional go-to-market strategies inclusive of media plans, event and creative approaches. * Collaborating with Digital Experience & Analytics Manager and Regional Performance Managers to identify specific retailer opportunities for improvement in lead management, and consult with retailers to develop marketing plans to improve conversion * Managing the Co-op program, guidelines, implementation and enforcement * Leading Tier 3 retailer website program, ensuring our brands and products are promoted in a consistent and luxurious fashion * Working with Global, Network and Brand teams to develop and distribute Point of Sale materials, Colour and Trim and up-to-date Digital Signage material. * Communicating to the Regional Performance Managers and retailers when marketing tools are made available in the form of emails, Bulletins and Business Update presentations. * Consulting with retailers to develop and utilize marketing tools for Tiers 2 & 3. * Performing other duties as required What you will need: * Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience * Ability to work cross-functionally * Strong written, visual and verbal communications skills * Process and analyze data, including website and leads metrics * Strong collaboration and communication * Project planning and execution experience * Must be data-driven performance management and improvement * Client and retailer focused Schedule: Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days) Recruitment Salary Range: $91,000 - $118,000 CAD Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position".
