Description: 1. Focus would be on internal QA projects and process rather than travelling to client sites/supporting new installs. 2. Overall: a. QA process and documentation i. Ensure we are using consistent documentation and tracking accordingly ii. Help to review install documents 1. Ensure that install document review process is followed. iii. Help monitor JIRA: 1. Ensure that cards are being entered with appropriate info, by the right person, for the correct site, etc… 2. Get cards closed out - work with the team to ensure clients are scheduling times for installs / issues are being resolved when QA fails a card. b. Document and track base code enhancement installations for COFE across clients. 3. Internal QA focus: a. Dispatcher replacement / Rabbit MQ (Pika) b. COFE Cloud c. Python 3 upgrades d. COFE 3 upgrades e.
