This individual will work as a federal work study student employee in the Financial Aid office.Students will be responsible for filing alphabetically, typing, data entry, information processing, and maintenance of student files. Assist students/customers in person and by phone and answer questions concerning financial aid. Must provide excellent customer service and greet people in a cordial manner. Must comply with FERPA and other confidentiality regulations. Must be responsible, dependable, and demonstrate a pleasant and willing attitude. This office is a professional yet fun environment to work in.  Dedication and loyalty are expected.Typing skills and the ability to alphabetize properly area are essential. Must have a general understanding of Microsoft Office and be able to perform general office duties. Be self-motivated and complete projects in a timely manner.
