Technical Application Development Manager (100% onsite)

Position Overview:

This is a full-time, on-site position for a hands-on Technical Application Development Manager. You will lead a development team while actively contributing to the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of application developers through all stages of the software development life cycle, including design, development, security, and testing.
Actively participate in code optimization, business process analysis, architecture, and design.
Maintain production operations, troubleshoot systems, and analyze problems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, estimate, and provide technical leadership for high-quality software solutions.
Oversee software delivery, from design to maintenance, and ensure timely project delivery.
Lead technical projects through effective communication with peers, customers, and management.
Develop strategies and implement plans for enterprise applications.
Conduct business system analysis to identify efficient, cost-effective solutions.
Keep up with emerging technologies and incorporate them as needed.
Ensure solutions meet project management, security, and quality assurance standards.

Requirements:

Must work in-office 5 days a week.
5+ years of experience as a development manager, handling projects from start to finish.
Professional experience as a full-stack web/interactive developer.
Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
Strong skills in JavaScript/jQuery, unit testing, and TDD.
Proficiency in PHP scripting and mobile app development.
Experience managing workloads in Jira.
Strong UI and interactive design skills, with knowledge of usability, layout, and design principles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
