Immediate need for a talented Project Administrator III with experience in the Airline Industry. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Atlanta, GA. Please review the job description below. Job ID: 23-03822 Pay Range: $33.64/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Key Responsibilities: * Work with other representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications. * Contact vendor and kitchen representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials. * Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment. * Prepare documents, such as purchase orders, bills of lading, inventory counts, and shipping orders. * Perform regular counts of merchandise in the warehouse• Maintain correspondence with customers, including receipts, invoices (if required), and tallies. * Document all correspondence.• In conjunction with distribution, schedule deliveries. * Follow attendance policy, show up for work on time and ready to work assigned shift. * Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. * Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. * Good customer service skills• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals * Ability to pay close attention to detail * Must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions: they must get along with co-workers without exhibiting behavioral extremes; perform work activities requiring reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to criticism from a -. * Tools and Technology: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, ERP / Order management systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook & Excel primarily), Calculators, Desktop computers, and Photocopiers * Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision Our client is a leading Airlines Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
